Shipping policy
Shipping within Canada
FRAGRANCE CA ships orders from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario, to Canadian delivery addresses. All prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Processing and dispatch
Please allow up to two business days for order processing before dispatch. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays enter processing on the next business day.
Delivery options
The delivery estimates below begin after dispatch and are in addition to order processing time.
- Free Standard: 3–10 business days after dispatch, at no shipping charge.
- Standard Plus: 5–7 business days after dispatch, $6.95 CAD.
- Express: 2–3 business days after dispatch, $15.95 CAD.
Available delivery options and applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather and public holidays.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to record its first tracking scan.
