Shipping within Canada

FRAGRANCE CA ships orders from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario, to Canadian delivery addresses. All prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Processing and dispatch

Please allow up to two business days for order processing before dispatch. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays enter processing on the next business day.

Delivery options

The delivery estimates below begin after dispatch and are in addition to order processing time.

• Free Standard: 3–10 business days after dispatch, at no shipping charge.
• Standard Plus: 5–7 business days after dispatch, $6.95 CAD.
• Express: 2–3 business days after dispatch, $15.95 CAD.

Available delivery options and applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather and public holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to record its first tracking scan.

30-day return window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are not accepted after this 30-day window.

Return eligibility

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

1. Email support@fragranceca.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. Wait for us to confirm whether your return is accepted.
3. Follow the instructions and return address provided by email.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return shipping costs

Returns due to an error or issue with your order: If FRAGRANCE CA is responsible for the return, including where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue before returning the item so we can arrange the appropriate return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns: If the correct item was supplied in satisfactory condition and you choose to return it because of a change of mind or personal preference, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These returns remain subject to our 30-day return window and eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
